Fantastic! Phenomenal customer service. The staff at Pet Stock Cranbourne were amazing, listened attentively and went above and beyond with Rayner (Moodle) Hes groom was exceptional, and he was very well looked after, just couldn't be more happier with the groom. Will definitely be back.

Thank you to the friendly staff sienna and luke today for there help with a filter I bought from them that was just under the 2 warranty. They were so quick to sort out the problem . Highly recommend this store because of there friendly staff.

I just adopted a dog so i needed some supplies. Luke was the person i spoke to and he was amazing. So helpful and informative. I have never owned a big dog before so Luke was great in helping me select appropriate items for our dog . Thankyou Luke really appreciate the help. Will definitely be back

Had a fantastic experience at PetStock Cranbourne today! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the right diet for my dog’s sensitive stomach. The store is clean, well-organized, and they always have a great range of stock in. Plus, being able to bring my pup inside makes shopping so much easier. Highly recommend!

I booked my puppy in for her 1st ever proper groom & the girls were absolutely amazing! Despite the fact my pup hated every second of it and they couldn't finish the job due to her being scared- the communication was amazing and the education afterwards to try and get her desensitised to grooming was great! The groomers were absolutely amazing with my dog & so friendly!! 10/10 service x

Amazing service, I generally try and trim my girl Penny myself but she hates it. Dropped her off today, nails and fur clipped, no issues at all. Lovely staff and amazing transformation. The last two pics are before pics. Thank you so much.
